Hosted in Whitney’s home in the San Diego area, we begin with an opening circle, serve the medicine and dive into movement and breathwork supported with live healing soundscapes and hands-on bodywork. We wrap up with a nourishing meal and a closing circle with the opportunity to share and integrate your journey together.
