Join Whitney Yarnall and myself for a potent microdose ceremony space guided by breathwork, sound healing, and the frequency of play. Hosted in Whitney’s home in the San Diego area, we begin with an opening circle, serve the medicine and dive into breathwork and somatic movement supported with music and live soundscapes. The rest of the experience is a choose your own adventure with supplies and activities to pick from with the element of creating and play in mind. We wrap up with nourishing snacks and a closing circle to integrate the journey.

Join Veselka Collective (Lisette Archer + Dominika Oppl Meza + Lindsey Roach + Olesya Zrezartseva) for a powerful evening inside the magical glass conservatory honoring the expansive power and frequency of love.

The event will begin with a heart-opening and nervous system-calming tea ceremony using an ethically sourced, organic blend of hibiscus, rose and blue lotus flowers. You'll then be guided through a short sequence of gentle breathwork and light movement to ground you into full presence and prepare your body to receive the healing frequencies of sound. We'll transition from there into a resting position (option to sit or lay down as desired) for an hour long multidimensional sound journey intended to drop you deeper into your heart space and ease you into a blissful state of meditation.  You'll enjoy the sound medicine of crystal and tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, vocals, and other sacred tools surrounded by a gorgeous perimeter and canopy of plant life in the Garden.

During this offering, you will be held by four multi-faceted female healing facilitators dedicated to creating spaces that allow for profound awakening, illumination, and transformation. Please bring a yoga mat and dress for comfort. Eye pillow or mask, cushion, blanket and any other items to maximize coziness recommended. Water suggested to stay hydrated. We encourage bringing along loved ones to cuddle up with, to celebrate the beauty and joy of human connection, and to enjoy this dreamy event together.
