Sacred Rhythm 1:1 Mentorship
A heart-centered, expansive container designed to deeply connect you to the medicine of sound healing and yourself through inspiring new layers of devotion, soul awakening, and remembrance.
Sacred Rhythm is an intimate 8 week container with weekly 1:1 sessions (3 hours per session) that in addition to hands-on sound healing learning and training will also include regularly receiving the medicine of sound, shamanic reiki, and plants as well as experiencing additional modalities or rituals that I use to support my own energetic hygiene, spiritual growth, and overall well-being.
Sacred Rhythm is a deep, sacred partnership that facilitates a profound exploration into the power of sound + energy + vibration as well as a journey into your own inner landscape for an experience that will shift your entire being. We will welcome all that surfaces - connecting to the depths as well as blissful states of joy, playfulness, and creative expression as you learn and expand along the way.
If you do not already have your own set of crystal bowls, you may use one of my sets during our sessions or choose to include a beautiful color rich 7-piece crystal bowl set of your own (sized 6-12”; one bowl for each of the 7 chakras + nesting carrying cases) with your program.
A glimpse into the portal:
• learn the history behind and the basics of sound healing, frequency and resonance (scientific + energetic based) and how it affects all layers of our bodies + the nervous system
• learn how to mindfully set and hold space from a pure heart + clear channel; opening and closing sound healing sessions, flowing and creating sound intuitively with trust during sessions
• learn how to set energetic boundaries; protect yourself and others energetically while facilitating sound experiences
• learn to create + channel sound healing experiences rooted in devotion from a full and nourished cup
• training booklet to keep for reference after the mentorship
• free admission to observe / attend my local sound events (monthly sound meditation at the Japanese Friendship Garden & other special events as scheduled)
• loving support through the journey as you transform + grow & access to post -mentorship support
• access to play, explore, and experience all my sound healing instruments (crystal + alchemy bowls, tibetan bowls, gongs, crystal pyramids, medicine drums, ocean drum, native flute, flow chimes, koshi chimes, kalimba, crystal harp, rainstick, tongue drum, tingsha, shakers, chakapa, tuning forks) along with your voice
• 5% mentorship discount when purchasing instruments that I have access to through my distributor + connections to other trusted instrument providers
• closing ceremony our final week to celebrate YOU + integration of our journey together
* I only work with one client at a time for this mentorship, so you’ll be receiving devoted access during your 8-week program (2026 available start dates are the weeks of: April 20, July 6, and September 21)
Investment: $2,600 with crystal bowl set -or- $2,000 without set
