Weekly on Tuesday mornings

Enjoy an invigorating cup of morning tea (blends will vary each week) while you have the opportunity to briefly share what's on your heart with the group if you desire to be witnessed in community. *Sharing is always optional.

From there you'll enjoy the nourishing sounds of healing instruments (crystal bowls + a rotating variety of other instruments) designed to cleanse and activate your energy centers while soothing and balancing your nervous system and physical body.
